Q: How long will it take to see my first bag?
A: Bags Ship according to our Processing Schedule which can be found here provided the Style Questionnaire has been submitted.
Q: When can I expect my bag to arrive each month?
A: Bags ship according to the shipping schedule and arrival depends on the courier company.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes! We ship to Canada 😊 shipping to Canada is not included, but the cost is calculated at checkout.
Q: When will my first purse from the subscription arrive?
A: Once you sign up for our monthly subscription, the next step is to complete the style questionnaire. The link to the style questionnaire is provided once your order is processed at check out. If you missed this you can always access it here.
Q: I received my first bag when will the next one ship?
A: Our cutoff for monthly subscription shipments is the 20th of the month. If you signed up after the 20th of the month, your first month, will fall into the following month’s shipping schedule and will automatically be considered as part of the subsequent month’s orders.
Q: How can I track my Bag?
A: We update all tracking information online; however if you did not create an account when placing your order email us and we will provide an update within 24 business hours.
Q: Why can’t I see my upcoming bags?
A: Our shipping schedule can be found here, tracking information is sent as soon as bags shipped. If you haven’t received the tracking information and it’s past the scheduled ship date, please check your spam folder. We can always provide tracking information for you if you provide us with the first and last name associated with the order.
Q: My shipping address is incorrect on file, or it needs to be updated. How can I do that?

Q: I did not receive my product and I was billed this month, what do I do?
A: If this is a monthly subscription, please review our service schedule here to be sure that it has missed the scheduled dates, as it may simply be in process. If the ship dates have already passed and you have not received tracking information, you can reach out here.
Q: I set up an account after I placed my order and now I can’t find my order?
A: If you placed an order without setting up an account, then your order was placed anonymously and you’ll need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Never fear! When doing so we will be sure to link your order to your account!
